Documents Required and Instructions to Register Your Alphanumeric Sender ID
Instructions
To register your Alphanumeric Sender ID, the Russia network operators require that you provide the following document:
Please fill out the document completely and accurately and provide any other required information.
Provide the necessary information
1. Sender ID (SID)
2. Company name
3. Company legal address
4, VAT number. That should be an info about end user company.
5. Estimation of time needed to have our Sender IDs registered: 15 working days.
6. Explanation of what will happen exactly if we submit SMS with non-registered Sender IDs: Non-
registered SIDs will be replaced for any generic like SMSINFO on MTS and Megafon.
7. Description of content restrictions (If applicable): It’s forbidden to send a content which is
prohibited under laws of Russian Federation, such as unfair, unreliable advertising/information,
illegal activities, calling for violence and cruelty, political advertising etc.
8. List of Sender IDs you have ALREADY registered for us (if applicable): We have no the list for
this moment but can check each Sender ID from Partner's list.
